GHCG is a safe space where both housed and homeless members can thrive, growing food and community. Once two narrow vacant lots running along the Eastern side of Octavia between Oak and Page in San Francisco, it is now a beautiful, thriving garden.

Here are some images of projects we've done onsite. Each had the result of beautifying the space, but the process was the most important part. Amazing community and character building happens when people let go of their creative fears and allow themselves to play.
