Life is art. Everything is a canvas; everywhere is a stage; everyone is an artist.

So what do you do now?

Well, you have some choices. Infinite choices, actually, and they all start in this exact moment. You could do a cartwheel. You could check your email. You could talk to the man sitting next to you on the bus. He probably doesn’t have a better answer to the question than you, but he definitely has a different one. He may not clarify anything at all, but he will give you an experience. And the great thing is that you’ll give him one, too.

Consciously or not, we’re all in this together: walking, talking, eating, pooping, sleeping, reading, driving, dancing, shopping, sitting, BREATHING, and, like, tweeting about it.

In cities, trains, cafés, movie theaters: the built environment is designed to organize us, moving or placing as many people and things as possible while still maintaining the illusion of comfort and isolation. Just because our spaces or even our bodies are in close proximity doesn’t mean we are actually relating or connecting to each other.

I craft situations where people can interact and explore their relationships in and to this dynamically shifting world. These are safe, whimsical, friendly—though not always comfortable—spaces to poke and push boundaries. They are spaces to commune and to play. When we are empowered to play, we are empowered to create, and when we are empowered to create, we are free.

Life is one giant collaboration. We can make it intentional.

Let’s hold hands.
