A weekly practice resulting in 49 compositions a year, each in two colors with a foreground and background determined by a 7x7 rainbow grid: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple, and Black & White. Rainbow Squared.
For Year 3, I continued to use stop-motion from my phone with strategies rotating by color: Red starts with the basics, crayon and marker. Orange is fire, burning paper. Yellow is my painted pregnant belly, full with child number two. Green is plant life, leaves and flowers. Blue is ink in water. Purple is Google image search stitched together. Black White is a stop-motioned pile of beautiful future trash.
